Secure Online Customer Account Area
Indeecom’s TeePee application comes standard with a secure online customer account area. Our Dealer’s customers can access their account to review invoices, statements, past payments, even download softphone for greater mobility.

One of the most power features of TeePee is the ability to customise the design to meet our Dealers current website branding.

Features include;
  • Includes data fields Account Name, Billing Address, Mobile, Fax, Email, account number, 'pre paid balance remaining.
  • Enables the user to interrogate the call history via searching a data range by exact match, begins with, date contains and ends with, by answered calls, dialled calls, all calls, by total minutes, by total seconds, total spend to date by AUD, USD currency.
  • Displays to users all payment receipts as a printable html form, make a payment via CBA (CommWeb) secure payment gateway in an iframe container calling the secure session.
  • Displays the invoice by date range, by description, "costs of calls", total minutes, client account number.
  • Displays fields Type Old Password, New Password and Confirm password.
  • Enables the user to log a support request online and be sent direct to the Dealer. Fields displayed are Title, Priority, Topic by default list and request description. This page to include local and 1300 call support numbers.
  • Dealer’s customer can enter the site and download 1 or three pre approved FREE softphones so that can receive and make calls direct from their computer, no matter where they are located in the world

Indeecom view its Agents’ as partners. In any viable partnership both parties must generate profitable revenue for the partnership to be sustainable. That’s why Indeecom guarantees the one of lowest mobile, fixed and international call rates in Australia and New Zealand.

We offer Agents a choice of local and international Interconnect Carriers for fixed to fixed and fixed to mobile call connection. Indeecom conducts thorough technical and process due diligence on each of our preferred Interconnect Carriers to ensure our Agents are provisioning their customers with QoS (Quality of Service) connections.

We recognise that providing a low cost premium level of voice/video/data quality and reliability, our Agent’s customer base will grow through retention and new business referral.

Agents starting out or Agents with low call volume can still benefit from Indeecom’s low call rates.
